Scope of roleThe Data Analyst - Technology & Digital Solutions is responsible for reviewing equipment health data within condition monitoring and predictive maintenance systems provided by Regal Rexnords Perceptiv Intelligent Reliability Solutions. This role will work closely with Perceptivs Reporting team to analyze data used to create reports that deliver actionable insights to customers. This role is responsible for the review of large amounts of industrial equipment health data with the ability to recognize patterns and anomalies. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of mechanical equipment and power train operation and maintenance. Vibration analysis skills required with vibration certification a plus.Key Responsibilities

• Review industrial equipment health data with the ability to look for patterns and anomalies
• Document any patterns or anomalies with time stamps and screenshots
• Analyze vibration, current, torque and other condition monitoring data
• Monitor multiple systems, clear alarms and alert Reliability Engineers on significant concerns
• Remotely access systems and have the ability to do minor troubleshooting when system issues arise
• Collaborate with US Reliability Engineers regarding potential issues with customer equipment and plants
• Clearly communicate about any and all identified anomalies, including conducting additional analysis to provide more information or context
• Manage high volume of data analysis to ensure all customer reports are completed on-time
• Support development of standards for collaborating internationally and across time zones
• Implement new analytics tools and automations as they are developed
• Support implementation of best practices and assist in the development of process improvements

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3 years experience in reliability data analysis
• Experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing and reliability is strongly preferred
• Certified Vibration Analyst I required
• Proficient in vibration analysis software.
• Possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team player who can work with multiple teams to accomplish results
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and drive for success
• Bias for action with a willingness to gather iterative feedback to hone skills
