We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in reporting and a proficiency in Datorama and Power BI tools The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and reports that drive informed business decisions This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reporting solutions that contribute to the success of our organization Requirements Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Proficiency in Datorama and Power BI tools, including creating complex reports, dashboards and data models. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Prior experience in marketing or digital analytics is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategies and initiatives. 2. Reporting Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Datorama and Power BI tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create tailored solutions that address specific business requirements. Implement data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 3. Data Integration and Transformation: Integrate data from different sources, ensuring consistency and reliability. Perform data transformations and calculations to derive relevant metrics for reporting purposes. Assist in the development of automated data pipelines to streamline data extraction and reporting processes. 4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough validation and verification of data and reports to ensure accuracy. Monitor data quality over time, identifying and rectifying issues promptly. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver on reporting needs. Clearly communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the data reporting space. Propose and implement enhancements to reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
