With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world\xe2\x80\x99s most pressing heath challenges.PATH is currently seeking for Data Analyst on Third Party Payroll- (Randstad)Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 To work in close coordination with central DA, CTD and NTEP state teams, build rapport with state/district teams, conduct needs assessment for each state in the zone and understand the local terminology for NTEP.\xc2\xb7 To do a baseline cascade of all TUs in coordination with state NTEP teams.\xc2\xb7 To work with their respective state training and demonstration canters ISTDC) or designated state offices to conduct the data quality trainings for staff from the district- and subdistrict-level offices of their assigned states and routinely analyse district-level data to improve program performance and patient management.\xc2\xb7 To provide mentoring and supportive supervision of the participants from the respective state through monthly virtual/physical mentoring sessions that would be specifically focused on programmatic data quality and analysis,\xc2\xb7 To travel (about 40% time) to select districts and states for follow up support throughout the project period,\xc2\xb7 All activities shall be held in close coordination and planning with CTD and NTEP state teams. During the entire project period DAs shall maintain close coordination with the DA placed at CTD who in turn will work closely with CTD Nikshay and Monitoring and Evaluation team\xc2\xb7 To assess each other\'s regions for cross validation and quality assurance using standardized tools in coordination with state NTEPs.\xc2\xb7 To conduct intermediate and endline evaluation of intervention and non-intervention districts and TUs.\xc2\xb7 Submit regular progress (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) reports to various internal and external stakeholdersAny other tasks assigned by the Project Director / Associate Project Director from time to time.Location: PunePATH is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce where diversity is valued.PATH is an equal opportunity employer.
