We enable customer, pricing & promotion strategies across the global markets through our focused capabilities of Sales Execution, Trade & Strategic Revenue Management and Category Management. The team member will complete several key responsibilities such as trade reconciliation, basic analysis and turn-key reporting.The longer-term vision for this profile is to ultimately support a wide variety of reporting & presentation needs including building excel templates from scratch, initiating value adds and providing insights by developing a strong category & trade knowledge, proprietary tool proficiency and technical expertise - the role encompasses data mining from multiple sources/tools to data harmonization to visualization combined with robust quality audit and documentation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\xc2\xb7 Deliver Standard Reports (60% of time)o Master and own the monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations and send quality output in a timely mannero Develop business and trade knowledge to enable conceptualizing R&A and help build valuable, crisp reports from scratch turnkey reporting with HMMo Contribute to the execution of complex, best-in-class reports and toolso Upgrade monthly deliverables based on business requirements, ideate complex fixes & create functional, efficient reportso Avoid redundancy in reporting and call out best practices to the team\xc2\xb7 Delivering Adhoc Requests | Build Reports from scratch (20% of time)o Build templates with dynamic dashboards and visuals and upgrade products/markets/time frames per business requirementso Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the teams ability to tackle business questions with value addso Own end to end building & execution of tools, reports, templates & presentations\xc2\xb7 Technical Expertise (20% of time)o Actively learn and apply intermediate/advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Tableau, GCP, SQL, JDA/Apollo/spaceman, Demand transfer/Retail link, Nielsen etc.o Build a robust audit system for all reporting activityo Build an awareness of existing macro's in the team and re-use to make data mining, data harmonization and data audit efficient and effectiveo Undergo trainings: As recommended and self-initiated refresher trainings to keep abreast of tool dynamics and their functional as well as tactical applications\xc2\xb7 Continuous Improvement mindset to deliver Executional Excellence, Stakeholder and Project Management (10% of time)o Ensure TAT is upheld via awareness on process requirements, meeting benchmark time estimates and through articulate expectation settings with the stakeholdero Guarantee data quality and accuracy through thorough comprehension of request, accurate application of tools/platforms with an eye for detail and a robust data & logic checko CI Mindset: develop a lens of continuous improvement for the projects, process & larger teamo Stakeholder Management: Engage with the stakeholders to understand the requirement, explain tactical application in our reports/process, cross reference projects and present final output upon project completiono Project Management: Juggle multiple projects seamlessly starting with project scoping, to tackling hurdles to timely communication/iterations with peers and stakeholders to high impact completion and presentationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university
  • Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant Business Reporting or Analytics experience in CPG (or related) industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
  • Preferred Major Area of Study: Any Stream (preferably Business Management, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Retail)
  • Preferred years of related experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant Business Reporting and/or Analytics experience
