:Your Impact:ASP is seeking a Data Analyst - Integrations to join our global Data Analytics Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between various sources and destinations, primarily with ASPs analytics team, the Incorta system. You will work closely with business users, data analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues and provide documentation and training as needed. This role includes the responsibility of maintaining and managing the integration tool and file transmissions.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Function as a technical resource for integrations.\xc2\xb7 Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining interfaces between various data sources and applications.\xc2\xb7 Maintain documentation for integrations, including approvals through the development lifecycle (request, development, testing, file transmission, move to production).\xc2\xb7 Keep up to date with the ASP data landscape of source systems including SAP S4, SAP GTS, and Salesforce. Based on this provide recommendations and drive direction for dashboard development.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and fix any interface problems and provide support and guidance.\xc2\xb7 Leverage your knowledge of data analytics, data science, and computer science to build and maintain interfaces that connect data from various sources and applications.\xc2\xb7 Analyze business needs, design interface solutions, develop and test code, and ensure data integrity and security.\xc2\xb7 Work with other analysts, developers, and vendors to resolve any interface issues and document and share best practices.\xc2\xb7 Participate, lead and keep to date with the Fortive Business System (FBS)\xc2\xb7 Administration of the MOVEit system. File Transfer responsibilities include folder creation, user creation, permissions management, automation task creation, software upgrades, software installation and maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Subject matter expert on MOVEit and other software deployed for File transfers.\xc2\xb7 Ensure up time for MOVEit.\xc2\xb7 Install and follow best practices for coding standards and software architecture.\xc2\xb7 Contribute and participate to infrastructure design, governance and governance.\xc2\xb7 Resolve issues with MOVEit issues\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations on functional and technical improvements of MOVEit.\xc2\xb7 Provide education tools that include videos, documentation and presentations to our customers on the Data Analytics landscape and tools.\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical people at all levels for the organizations.Qualifications - ExternalMinimum Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree.\xc2\xb7 Experience working with integrations and multiple data sources.\xc2\xb7 Experience using integration tools.\xc2\xb7 Experience with continuous improvement frameworks such as 6 sigma and Kaizens.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of maturity, diplomacy and professionalism.\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non- technical people at all levels of the organizations.Preferred Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Math\xc2\xb7 Experience with MOVEitFortives essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
