Apply basic technical knowledge of principles and concepts of data science to market research programs.
Help identify and define business opportunities through data analysis.
Work with survey data and other customer data to support customer insights initiatives on ad-hoc market research programs as well as long-running tracking programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data cleaning, data transformation, data appends and other data preparation techniques preceding analytic efforts.
Data analysis, including uni-variate and multi-variate approaches ranging from basic data tabulations and pivot tables, to complex driver analyses
Creation of client-ready Excel workbooks or similar deliverables.
Survey review and testing, populating and checking of PowerPoint reports, and supporting other research program initiatives.
Job Qualifications (Minimum):
College degree, with a major or significant courseload in fields related to Marketing Research, Data Sciences, Data Analytics
Minimum 2 years professional experience in a similar role
Preferred Experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications (minimum):
Candidate should be familiar with data analysis tools and techniques, predictive analytics, statistical models, and basic market research functions.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Familiarity with Python or other object-related programming tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT as related to text analytics is a plus.
