About the Job
As a Data Analyst II , you'll play a critical role in helping us meet and exceed our sales growth goals. Adit is looking for self-motivated leaders who are ready to WIN. Data Analyst at Adit will be expected to manage and call clean prospecting leads to uncover specific Practice Management Software dental offices are using.
Responsibilities:
• Making 130 calls per day asking for surveys
• Inputting the correct data into the lead in ZOHO CRM to create new sales opportunities
• Demonstrate and articulate who Adit is on the call
• Send recap emails after calls to encourage prospects to fill out a Survey with Adit
• Use CRM to maintain documentation for reporting KPIs
• Meet or exceed monthly assigned quota
Requirements
NO SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
• Must be comfortable with a relentless pursuit of leads to generate sales
• Self-starter determined to achieve results in line with Sales Goals
• A candidate must have good communication of English and good listening skills too
• A good American accent
• Experience with BPO for sales or survey calling
• Experience with sales CRM is a plus
