The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building interactive dashboards, proficient Excel skills, and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights. Additional expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.Youll make a difference by:

• Dashboard Development & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI. Leverage data from different sources to deliver actionable insights for various global teams.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver clear, concise visualizations to support business decision-making. Develop KPIs and metrics to track performance against business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams to gather business requirements and understand data needs, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Data Management & Querying: Extract, clean, and prepare data from various systems for reporting and analysis. Use advanced DAX techniques to manipulate, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
• Database Management: Collaborate with IT and other data teams to ensure seamless data extraction and integration with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
• Process Automation: Support efforts to automate data processes and reporting using Python and/or RPA tools, driving efficiencies in data handling and reporting workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, analytics tools, and industry standard processes. Propose improvements for data processes and visualization standards.
• Documentation & Training: Document for dashboards, processes, and reports. Deliver training to internal teams on how to use and interpret Power BI dashboards effectively

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in Power BI: Experience building complex dashboards, using DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI functionalities.
• Advanced Excel skills: Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data structures, and data visualization standard processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Superb communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) for data extraction and integration.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
• Familiarity with RPA tools to automate data collection, reporting, or other repetitive tasks is a plus.
• Experience in machine learning or statistical analysis (R, Python) is a plus.
• Experience with other analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Knime etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract data from databases.
