As an Analyst specializing in space, data, and insight, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and analysis to support our real estate decision-making processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including leadership, to deliver data-driven recommendations and presentations.Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyse real estate data, including occupancy trends, leasing trends, market dynamics, and space utilization metrics.2. Insight Generation: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within real estate data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.3. Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in corporate real estate to inform strategic planning and decision-making.5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and facilities management, to support integrated real estate strategies.6. Technology Utilization: Leverage data visualization tools, real estate software, and other technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related field.
