Data Analyst (growth)
Job Description
Job brief - The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with Growth team to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge on MS office and Excel required for day to day dashboard reporting
