Summary -Provide expert advice to superiors on BPA as well as insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to management team. Provide financial and administrative support to a country, unit or function organizations, regarding financial planning and analysis.Key responsibilities:

• Automate Business Processes: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop or similar tools to automate routine business processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate AI/ML Models: Leverage Python to integrate machine learning models and AI solutions within automated workflows, enabling intelligent decision-making and predictive analytics.
• Optimize Automation Pipelines: Continuously improve and optimize the automation pipeline, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Data Extraction and Transformation: Develop and optimize processes for extracting, transforming, and integrating data into automated workflows, ensuring the availability of clean, actionable data.
• Advanced Analytical Techniques: Apply advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modelling, real-time data processing, and optimization algorithms to enhance the capabilities of automated solutions.
• Coding Excellence: Write high-performance, scalable Python code to support AI/ML model development, data processing, and automation tasks.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA, AI, and ML technologies, and continuously explore new tools and methodologies to improve automation solutions.
• Communication & Documentation: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and document all stages of the automation process for future reference and scalability.

Essential Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Technology, or an MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics (university degree required).
• 1-4 years relevant experience in RPA & Artificial Intelligence (ML)
• Programming skills in Python/R
• RPA development (PAD, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism)

Desirable Requirements:

• U.S. Healthcare Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare industry marketing and sales concepts and practices
• Knowledge about the U.S. drug reimbursement system involving wholesalers, GPOs, PBMs, CMS and State Medicaid agencies
