: Company: IDFC First Bank Role: Digital Analytics & Customer Experience Manager Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Location: Mumbai Function: Data & Analytics Job Purpose- We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Key Responsibilities - Interpret data, analyze results and support visualizations using tools like SQL, SAS VIYA, AWS, Adobe Analytics and provide ongoing reports. Acquiredata from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Requirements and Skills Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Strong analytical skillswith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. Should be able to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders. Educational Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience with prior focus in advanced analytics B. Tech /B.E. or bachelor\'s degree in economics, Statistics, Computer science or any other relevant stream Master\'s degree is not mandatory (will be a bonus) Skill Sets Required: Hands on experience in Excel and SQL. Knowledge of following tools like AWS, Py-Spark, SAS Tools and Tableau will be an added bonus.
