About You \xe2\x80\x93 experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- At least 2 years of Working knowledge on healthcare data, Experience in SQL and Python (e.g., Insurance claims, Remittance data, and Electronic Health data, etc.) Or Prior experience in building healthcare common data models (e.g., OMOP)
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Completion of data science course
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools -Product development
What will you be doing in this role?
- Apply a mix of quantitative problem-solving skills and qualitative research to solve the questions of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., RWD domain experts, software developers, data analysts, and data scientists) on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery to clients.
- Perform aggregation and processing of large, complex data sets that meet business requirements.
- Identify unexpected trends and patterns to identify possible anomalies and collaborate closely with different teams to do root cause analysis and solve data-related issues.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide analytical guidance and contribute to the codebase to build prototypes and models for new RWD driven product development.
- Understanding the client requirements and creating data deliveries
- Data validation, Feasibility checks for new projects
- Building Product features and enhancements, implement Process Improvements etc
About the Team
The team works on our growing RWD (Real World Data) healthcare claims and EHR product business.
Hours of Work
- You will be expected to work on a work schedule (12 :00 PM IST to 9:00 P IST) to provide for reasonable hours of collaborative work with the US team.
- We are working in a Hybrid Work mode.
