xe2x97x8f Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various available sources.
xe2x97x8f Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns and
anomalies.
xe2x97x8f Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights
effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored analysis and
recommendations.
xe2x97x8f Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
xe2x97x8f Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and data quality
standards.
xe2x97x8f Participate in cross-functional projects related to facility management and data analytics.Qualifications
xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
xe2x97x8f Proven experience (5+yrs) as a Data Analyst, preferably in the facility management, real estate,
or related industry.
xe2x97x8f Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw
meaningful conclusions.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
xe2x97x8f Experience with data visualization tools, such as Data studio, Plx, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with Google office suite and facility management software, such as IWMS like IBM
tririga is a plus.
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with
diverse teams.
