Individual Contributor role based in Bangalore and reporting to the Sr. General Manager - Global Engineering Center.An exciting and challenging role for Manager- Global Engineering Centre Project analyst to join our team.CGF7
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

• Proficient on SAP.

• Hands on experience on extracting various reports from SAP, analyze information and automate the report/dashboard generation process.

• Create forms on Power apps/MS Access/MS Forms/Smartsheet for Engineers to enter their Timesheets, DMS, action tracker for audits and QMS with a provision of manager approving the same before final submission.

• Create and maintain a database for Timesheet, Invoices, cost booked, DMS, Forecast.

• Expert level skills on Microsoft excel, Smartsheets, Visual Basic to run Macros for data comparison and reporting

• Understanding of the business metrics.

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience of working with global stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data maintenance.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience automation of tasks

• Standardize operational reports

• Bachelor\'s degree in Science/ Instrumentation/Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience as a project analyst

• Good logical and analytical skills
