Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to\xc2\xb7 Proficient on SAP.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on extracting various reports from SAP, analyze information and automate the report/dashboard generation process.\xc2\xb7 Create forms on Power apps/MS Access/MS Forms/Smartsheet for Engineers to enter their Timesheets, DMS, action tracker for audits and QMS with a provision of manager approving the same before final submission.\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain a database for Timesheet, Invoices, cost booked, DMS, Forecast.\xc2\xb7 Expert level skills on Microsoft excel, Smartsheets, Visual Basic to run Macros for data comparison and reporting\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the business metrics.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in English\xc2\xb7 Experience of working with global stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-10 years of experience automation of tasks\xc2\xb7 Standardize operational reportsWhat are we looking for?We at Global Engineering Center - an engineering excellence point of contact that provide turnkey BMS engineering solutions to SE branches across the world - are looking for someone who gets excited by innovation.
