The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization, identifying trends and patterns, and translating findings into actionable insights. Additionally, they may be tasked with mentoring junior analysts , staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques to uncover insights and trends. 2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. 4. Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and optimize business processes. 5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts to foster their growth and development. 6. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. 7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Min 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in hospitality Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact through data analysis.
