GTT-EMOB delivers modular E-driveline solutions across the Volvo Group business Areas TRUCK, BUS, Construction Equipment and PENTA. EMOB Data analytics team in Bangalore is looking for a Data Analyst/Data Scientist who will play a major role towards data driven product development and creating business impact. Ownership Managing stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams in understanding business & functional requirements for Electric Vehicles. Interpreting requirements and perform Data mining techniques. Apply Data Science techniques for insights and use of visualization tools for storytelling. Responsible for data life cycle for products across the Volvo Group. Way of working through Agile in promoting progressive, quick and innovative solutions. Also, the freedom to fail and learn. Pro-active in contribution to Data Analytics community Contributing to the culture of data driven development across the Group Required Skills MS/M.Tech in Mathematics, Electonics, IT or applicable engineering field. 3+ years of experience in application of Data Science. 2+ years\' experience dealing with Used cases connected in Electric Vehicles. Understanding requirements in Energy Storage/Charging systems/Software verification/Diagnostics. and create opportunities for data driven development. Proven skills in data mining, data preparation and data analysis. Expertise in Data Visualization with Insights using Power BI, QlikView, etc. Expertise in managing/programming data through SQL, Python, Azure, Hadoop, etc. System thinking approach in problem solving. Proven skills in Shake-holder management, Ownership and Collaboration.
