About the role The Sales Team at Plum relies on a variety of data points to deliver a delightful user experience. This role is the gatekeeper of all numbers that enable delivering promised SLAs contributing to delivering a world class user experience for users. Responsibilities: Mid Market: 1) Assist AMs in collecting reports like claims MIS / Analysis / CD statements / endorsement copies / Invoices from insurers / internal teams as per the customer requests or for the review of AMs to build monthly quarterly reports & presentations. 2)Work on Monthly ad hoc reports for those customers whom we have agreed to share. 3)Assist on gathering info during an escalation resolution SMB : 1)To manage SMB accounts database (Excel & SFDC) 2)Periodic updation of critical data points 3)Assist the retention team with operational processes 4)Assist the retention team with data requests Skills 1-3 years of experience in in a data related role in an internet, SaaS or service company Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill Ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions Ability to use mathematical/statistical models to stitch transparent representation of trend Proven organisation and project management in an ambiguous environment Excellent communication and presentation skills 4 - 7 a year Office Address - Brigade Metropolis, Whitefield, Bangalore
