Your key responsibilities
  • Identify and collaborate with data owners & stewards across different departments to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support a network of data owners & stewards with appropriate data governance.
  • Ensure DWS knows what & where the data it uses resides through the agreed DWS Data Governance tools.
  • Support the evaluation, selection and implementation of data governance tools and technologies to support data governance initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and refine data governance processes and policies in line with the industry best practice, to promote continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, (business) informatics (or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchies
  • An autonomous way of working and intrinsic motivation for the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, both in listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
