Job Purpose


We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and BI Developer. This role combines analytical skills with technical expertise to extract meaningful insights from data and develop robust business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable information, creating interactive dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do:

• Data Analysis:
+ Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
+ Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
+ Develop statistical models and perform hypothesis testing to uncover insights.
+ Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• BI Development:
+ Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
+ Create interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
+ Optimize BI systems for performance and scalability.
+ Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Data Modeling:
+ Develop data models and schemas to support BI reporting and analysis.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.
+ Optimize data structures for efficient querying and reporting.

• Data Governance:
+ Adhere to data governance policies and standards.
+ Maintain data quality and accuracy.
+ Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.



• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with BI development tools and platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, SSIS, SSAS).
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., B2B sales, SaaS Software business operations, CRM and ERP processes).

Additional Details

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
