Role & Responsibilities Overview:- Collaborate with Actuarial team for data mining and data feed automation.- Running Alteryx workflows, R scripts, SQL queries and to create reports- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities- Doing validation of the data to ensure accuracy, deep dive in case of discrepancies and creating work summaries,- Documentation of work flow- Client Management - Ability to work independently with the clientQualifications:- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply- 1-5 years\' experience.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy- Understanding of insurance concepts preferred- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What we offer:- EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
