The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes features using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.The teams in the Product Management department at HRS own the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They have strong business and technical knowledge and excellent communication and prioritization skills.The department operates based on HRS\' leadership principles, putting the customer view first and striving for customer success over commercial success. They think and act big, challenging the status quo, and constantly leaving their comfort zones to achieve growth. To succeed in the role, candidates must possess strong business and technical know-how, prioritize tasks accurately, and have excellent communication skills. They must also have an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies and be comfortable presenting their ideas to internal stakeholders.POSITIONWe are looking for a highly motivated Chandigarh/Mohali based Data Analyst (all genders) to join the central product performance team to lead the setup and measurement of key performance metrics across all platforms within HRS. In this role, you will work closely with the product management, engineering teams, application support and central data teams. You will have an amazing opportunity to build the foundations of product analytics framework and own the end-to-end creation of analytics pipeline across key user-facing products at HRS. You will be a highly driven self-starter who can work with all levels within the organizations and break down obstacles to ensure the success of the business.CHALLENGE

  • Create a framework for defining, measuring and monitoring product metrics across all HRS platforms.
  • Create a user interaction and engagement tracking framework for each platform and across the HRS value proposition and platforms, targeting key customer personas, product opportunities derived from persona needs and HRS\' business objectives, and target user actions in each platform.
  • Perform detailed analyses of product metrics and user feedback across in-session, post-session, omni channel engagements to uncover actionable insights.
  • Embed the measurement framework into an Augmented Analytics stack supporting problem identification, idea validation, usability testing, advanced user behavior insights, measuring product progress and informing future decisions.
  • Condition the Augmented Analytics stack to support Augmented Intelligence in the HRS platforms to leverage machine intelligence in the automation of user processes and decisions.
  • Oversee the product metrics processes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through structured reports and insights as well as well-defined ceremonies involving key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and the Product Leadership team to help define the process to make data driven product decisions including opportunity sizing and measuring value delivered.
  • Identify insights and opportunities through exploratory analysis, including trend assessment, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, user flow evaluation and user feedback.
  • Develop persona profiles, identify predictive product demand and inventory intents, and create actionable recommendations to the product experience.
  • Ensure consistency in internal instrumentation and taxonomy to maintain robust data foundations and accurate tracking.Utilize data management tools within HRS to develop and enforce best-in-class standards and governance plans for the long-term maintenance of internal product taxonomy.
  • Ensure Data Security and adequate Cost-Benefit in the systems and processes owned and supported by the team.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in user-facing digital product analytics or a similar analytical role, with a focus on quantitative analysis of large datasets.
  • Advanced experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and user flow tracking.
  • Advance knowledge of experimentation techniques like multi-variate testing and A/B Tests as well as Causal Inference
  • Proficiency in working with web analytics frameworks and tools, SQL and Python; additional programming languages are a plus.
  • Experience in leveraging AI in identifying user behavior, demand and intent, and in deriving predictive insights and informing product decisions.
  • Proven track record in optimizing and building Product-Led Growth (PLG) lifecycle metrics.
  • Demonstrable advanced level experience of using R/Python, SQL, Tableau (or similar) for data analysis, structuring, transforming and visualizing big data
  • Skilled at translating data into compelling stories to guide decision-making among diverse stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail while capable of making sound assumptions when necessary.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining product taxonomies.
  • Demonstrates humility, positivity, and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with advanced data visualization techniques and tools (PowerBI, Micro Strategy).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in stakeholder management.
