Requirements About the Role As a Data Administrator at Vestd, you will play a crucial role in digitising our customers\' existing option schemes onto our cutting-edge platform. This diverse and dynamic role requires meticulous attention to detail, a love for solving complex challenges, and a passion for refining processes. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate closely with other teams to support customer activity with data driven tasks
• Review and validate detailed spreadsheets to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Organise and input data onto the Vestd platform in the most efficient way.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and streamlined reporting.
• Provide valuable support to the wider Customer Success Team on various business projects.

The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack: Essential

• Previous experience in Data Administration, Data Analysis, or similar administrative roles.
• Keen and proven eye for detail
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numerical data.
• Ability to identify trends for informed decision-making.
• Comfortable with remote work, with ideally at least 1 year of experience.
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Degree-educated or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the HubSpot platform or a similar CRM.

Bonus Qualifications

• HubSpot Certified.
• Experience of G-Suite and Slack.
• Experience of working in a remote team.
• An understanding of how equity works.
