Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 5-8 exp to join our team.Requirements:The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide valuable insights to our organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and BI tools, Tableau, Looker, SQL, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the data warehouse or BI platform, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain documentation, including report specifications, data dictionaries, and technical documentation, to support BI solutions and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Optimize the performance of BI solutions by tuning queries, optimizing data models, and implementing caching strategies to ensure fast query response times.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards by performing data validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
• Provide training and support to business users on how to use BI solutions effectively, troubleshoot issues, and interpret data insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate BI solutions into broader data ecosystems and support organizational goals.
