We are looking for a highly competent person with a strong personality who can take responsibility for defining, managing and continuously improve our part- and product- classification system, \'DanfossCLASS\' based on the ECLASS scheme. DanfossCLASS will become core in the new Danfoss PLM system, \'OnePLM\' - as well as having a major impact on and use in multiple other systems such as our ERP/SAP, Manufacturing and Customer Relation systems. The role as DanfossCLASS Officer will be partly a classification expert role, partly a managerial role with dotted line responsibility to Data Definition Owners and Data Facilitators. The DanfossCLASS officer will be deeply involved in the OnePLM Program as well as in other projects or programs where classification is addressed. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Responsible for the DanfossCLASS Scheme and its governance on Danfoss level Owning and accountable for the entire DanfossCLASS structure Content Owner of the DanfossCLASS Group Standard Be the named representative from Danfoss in relevant standardisation bodies. Securing an ongoing synchronisation of DanfossCLASS to ECLASS and manage the consequential release of DanfossCLASS revisions. Define and approve changes to the DanfossCLASS Scheme Securing good Data Governance in all Level 4 Classes and usage of these Identifying PPIs or KPIs which can be measured in automated reports, to improve data quality Approve Properties and Values per Level 4 Class Mastering the mapping to other Classification Schemas such as ETIM Responsible for securing a continuous review and adjustment of the classes, and the re-use of properties across classes. Ensuring cross-program collaboration and reuse of DanfossCLASS across segments and systems. Self-motivation is a must. Substantial insights to technology trends, like AAS (Asset Administration Shell) or other digital twin initiatives.
