Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging dance classes for children, teens, and/or adults across varying skill levels.
• Choreograph routines for performances, club events, and competitions.
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment that fosters creativity and confidence in students.
• Adapt lessons to meet diverse skill levels and individual growth needs.
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to during classes and maintain a well-organized studio.
• Collaborate with club management and parents to address student progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest dance trends and incorporate them into classes to keep sessions exciting and relevant.

Qualifications :

• Expertise in at least one dance style (e.g., Bollywood, hip-hop, contemporary, classical Indian, ballet, jazz, etc.); versatility is a bonus.
• Prior teaching experience with children and/or adults in a structured environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about dance with a commitment to student development.
• Certification in dance instruction or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Bangalore's cultural and dance scene is an advantage.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
