Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Dance

Curriculum Development
: Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate basic to advanced dance techniques, choreography, and performance preparation. Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
Classroom Management
: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment. Manage students' behavior, ensuring all students can participate in dance activities.
Skill Development
: Teach fundamental skills such as posture, coordination, rhythm, and flexibility. Guide students in developing technical proficiency and artistic expression.
Performance Preparation
: Organize and prepare students for dance recitals, competitions, or school performances, including choreography, rehearsals, and staging.
