Job Title: Dance Instructor

As a Dance Instructor at Cult.Fit, your role will be to lead and instruct dance classes for our members. You will be responsible for creating and delivering fun, high-energy dance workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels. Your primary goal will be to motivate and inspire our members to enjoy and benefit from the classes, while also helping them improve their dance skills and overall fitness.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality dance classes in a variety of styles, such as Zumba, Bollywood, Hip-Hop, and more

- Create choreography and select music that is engaging and suitable for all fitness levels

- Provide clear and effective instruction to members, helping them understand and perform dance moves correctly

- Encourage and motivate members to participate and push themselves to achieve their fitness goals

- Offer modifications and adjustments as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of class participants

- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the studio, fostering a sense of community and support among members

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a dance instructor, with a strong background in various dance styles

- Certification in dance, fitness, or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a group of people

- Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in reaching their fitness goals

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate class schedules

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
