Art Director - Video Production / Creative Producer

Exp 4-6 years

ROLE:

We are looking for a Creative Producer with a proven track record in producing content. You will take the lead on all inhouse & external shoots, and translate projects from concepts into final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take the lead on all video & content production requirements and be accountable for projects from conception to delivery.

- Lead the inhouse team of editors, photographers, and cinematographers.

- Build a solid working relationship with all external vendors, from studios to freelancers to production houses.

- Manage timelines of creative executions and production of projects to ensure timely delivery.

- Understand the requirements coming in from ecommerce platforms (amazon / nykaa / myntra) and deliver catalogue shoots.

- Work with the creative team to develop themes, concepts and storyboards for lifestyle & campaign shoots.

- Work with production houses on budgets and project logistics.

- Handle the monthly and quarterly budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Around 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience with fashion brands and lifestyle shoots is preferred.

- Hands-on skills with photography / editing / cinematography.

- Good sense of content, music and sound production.

- Must be aware of the latest creative production and design trends.
