Job Title: Dairy Technologist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dairy Technician to join our team immediately. You will ensure smooth dairy production operations by maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, and assisting with milk processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain milking machines, pasteurizers, and separators.

- Perform routine equipment checks and identify repair needs.

- Monitor milk processing and packaging for quality and hygiene.

- Assist in pasteurization and homogenization of dairy products.

- Conduct quality tests on dairy products.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in processing areas.

- Record production data and quality control results.

- Assist in packaging and labeling products.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

- B Tech in Dairy Technology or related industry preffered.

- Experience in dairy production or related field preferred.

- Knowledge of dairy equipment operation and maintenance.

- Attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours.
