Job Description
ORM (Online Reputation Manager) - Executive\xc2\xa0Responsibilities :- Responsible for all social listening and facilitating all related processes & responses on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.- Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impact on the Brand.- Monitor and manage all ORM related processes- Provide actionable input to various stakeholders including corporate communication, marketing and executive leadership on regular and periodic basis to the management team in maintaining and improving the company\'s reputation.- Responsible for drafting, responding,- Responsible for all analytics around social listening and ORM processes- Managing all agency relationships with respect to social listening and ORM processes.- Sorting order related issues flagged on social media platforms and closing with customers over the phone call & emailsSkillset needed :- Experience in setting up Social listening process- Ability to manage time and tools- Good English writing skills- Have an understanding of social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etcExperience :1-3 years (ref:updazz.com)
