At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator. You will be part of the Global ERP team, reporting to the CRM administrator manager.
Majority of work can be done remote, however the ideal candidate would be placed in Mumbai India.
Position
In the role as D365 CRM administrator, you will be responsible for support, maintenance and triaging of Microsoft Dynamics D365, while assisting in the development lifecycle of CRM systems. The role also includes partnering with stakeholders, solutioning change requests, triaging tickets, and resolving issues. You will assist in maintaining documentation, that holds technical requirements, functional features and IT procedures.
You thrive in a role as administrator and extensive knowledge working in Power Platform Admin Centers. You take pride in producing results and want to be accountable for the outcome.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the maintenance, support, and development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across multiple environments
• Participate in the delivery of minor/major releases
• Collaborate with the Development Team to deploy custom solutions to the environment during specific maintenance windows outside of business hours
• Collaborate with Business Users to gather requirements and aid in solutioning
• Collaborate with IT department to resolve user issues adhering to department policies and procedures
• Develop Reporting tools for Tenant and environment status for management review
• Create and maintain documentation which may include functional requirements, technical design, test scripts/results, IT procedures
