Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements into detailed and clear BRDs.
Perform functional testing of product deliverables during the UAT phase, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality standards.
Oversee and manage API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to resolve any gaps or misunderstandings.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in the Loan Origination System (LOS) to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements:
8 to 15 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Proven expertise in drafting BRDs and managing UAT processes.
Strong background in testing products in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phasesÂ
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Experience with API integration processes and protocols.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
