Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct thorough international and local market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the staffing industry.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in
the international and local staffing sector.
Drive initiatives to attract and secure partnerships with international clients in alignment with the company's staffing solutions.
Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote staffing services, leveraging both online and offline channels.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and potential clients to expand the company's global presence.
Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring a unified and effective approach.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion into new international markets, adapting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on international markets.
Proven track record of successful international client acquisition and relationship building.
Strong understanding of global staffing trends, regulations, and business practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful marketing content
