Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals.

Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Relevant Field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
