Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install new air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring.
Test AC systems for proper operation after repairs or installations.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications / Diploma in relevant field
Proven experience in installation and servicing of a variety of air conditioning systems.
Solid understanding of HVAC principles and systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
