Responsibilities:
Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships and understand their needs.
Maintain detailed records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and account status updates.
Educate customers on how our products/services can enhance their IT infrastructure.
Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales and market penetration.
Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and Hindi.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in IT hardware or networking industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook for tracking sales activities and communications.
Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for customer visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT hardware or networking sales.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Ability to analyze sales data and interpret market trends.
