Operation of cylindrical grinding machine and Surface grinding machine
Knowledge about Carbide parts grinding
Operating the machine: Set up and operate the grinding machine to produce precision parts
Monitoring and inspecting: Monitor the grinding process, inspect items, and remove defective pieces
Maintaining quality: Ensure quality by measuring and inspecting finished parts
Recording activities: Keep accurate records of grinding activities
Maintaining equipment: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and replace worn tools
Following safety procedures: Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Communicating: Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
