Job Description

Setting up and Operating Machines:

Setting up and operating cylindrical grinding machines according to production schedules and specifications.

Reading Technical Drawings:

Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine product requirements.

Selecting Grinding Wheels:

Choosing the appropriate grinding wheels, materials, and tooling for each workpiece.

Determining Grinding Parameters:

Determining and setting grinding speeds, feed rates, and other parameters for optimal performance.

Maintaining Machine:

Maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of the grinding machine.

Quality Control:

Inspecting the quality of the ground parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving minor machine issues.

Safety:

Following all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Other Duties:

Performing other related duties as required by the supervisor.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?26,569.79 per month
