Job role:-


Center Head plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of the center by providing strong leadership, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting excellence in teaching and student outcomes. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring smooth functioning of all activities Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop or refine course content and materials to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and student needs. Recruiting, training, and supervising teaching staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively deliver instruction. Monitoring student progress and performance, implementing strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation, and providing support and guidance to address student concerns or challenges.


Handling administrative tasks such as enrollment, fee collection, record-keeping, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and stakeholders. Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning by conducting regular assessments, evaluating teaching effectiveness, and implementing improvements as needed. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards. Managing the center's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability through effective resource allocation and revenue generation. Building relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and other community stakeholders to promote collaboration and support student success. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the center's operations and educational outcomes.
Addressing conflicts or disputes that may arise among students, parents, or staff members in a fair and constructive manner. Sound interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written Regional Language , Hindi and English. Qualification :- Any Graduate .
