The Cybersecurity Senior Analyst plays a vital role in keeping an organization\'s proprietary and sensitive information secure. You will work inter-departmentally to identify and correct flaws in the company\'s security systems, solutions, and programs while recommending specific measures that can improve the company\'s overall security posture.What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage IT security controls, perform routine tasks outlined in the Security Operations Runbook, and oversee ICON\'s security governance.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity incidents, including root cause analysis and forensics when necessary.
• Monitor security tools, track threats, and ensure critical assets are included in security monitoring. Respond to and track security incidents using ticketing systems.
• Ensure compliance with ICON Information Security policies, hardening standards, and defined security models.
• Leverage technical skills to streamline data analysis processes, correlate information, and relate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the current threat landscape, create security reports and visualizations, track trends for metrics and reporting, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, programming, or another related program
• Minimum of 5-7 years in a security analyst related role.
• Preferred certifications: GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler), GCFA (GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst), and GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture problem solving and the ability to think on your feet under pressure.

• Skills & Experience

• The successful candidate will gain experience of operating in a technically complex, fast changing and dynamic environment. Working as part of a global security team the Senior SOC analyst must be a proven self-starter, have excellent organisational and communications skills. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for Cybersecurity, must have the ability to maintain composure under pressure and work calmly during an emergency. They should also have a solid understanding in the following areas:
