We are seeking a driven and tenacious Cybersecurity Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be on the front lines, proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, pitching tailored cybersecurity solutions, and closing deals to drive revenue. You'll be responsible for doing whatever it takes to bring in new projects and expand our customer base, from cold outreach to on-site client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect & Generate Leads: Aggressively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Client Pitching: Meet potential clients face-to-face or virtually to pitch cybersecurity solutions that address their unique challenges and vulnerabilities.
• Do What It Takes: Go above and beyond, handling everything from initial contact to final negotiation, doing whatever it takes to close deals and bring in new business.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to key decision-makers, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity services.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all sales activities in CRM, manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, and ensure follow-ups are timely and strategic.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms of service to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer success and smooth project implementations.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to sharpen sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Sales Experience: 0-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector. Field sales experience is a plus.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: A basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services, and the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Strong Communication & Persuasion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch and close deals with senior decision-makers.
• Results-Driven & Resilient: Highly motivated to hit sales targets and willing to hustle--no task is too small or too big to win the deal.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet and propose solutions to client challenges on the spot.
• Adaptability: Able to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple responsibilities as you hunt for new business.
