We are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager, who can give shape to the new projects and work towards execution strategy of the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on cybersecurity topics to diverse audiences.
• Design and customize the training content to suit the specific needs of the audience.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions and simulations to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Cyber Security and integrate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees as needed.
• Travel to various locations as per project requirements to conduct training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall quality of training delivery.
• Traveling to different institutes for conducting the training session.

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Certification in Cyber Security.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to travel as per project needs.
• Experience in delivering technical training sessions is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per year
