Position Overview:TheCyber Security Advisorwill be responsible to support penetration testing activities, overseeing planning and execution of penetration testing. Teams goal is to empower both development and security teams with accurate security detections at the highest standards of quality in order to identify and eliminate risk across application portfolio.
Responsibilities:

• Perform manual application penetration test of to exploit vulnerability of web Application , internal application , API, Internal and external networks , and mobile applications.
• Identify and apply opportunities to build new security services, improve existing ones and update our standards and documentation.
• Strategic planning to raise the bar on security across the enterprise with the excitement and challenge of quickly reacting to new threat scenarios.
• Drive security tool evaluation, development and deployment.
• Demonstrate and promote security best practices, drive improvements of overall security.
• Presenting findings and discussing security risk with technical and non-technical stakeholders architecture.

QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Experience in penetration testing management, Vulnerability triage, analysis and remediation tracking.
• Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
• Experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security.
• Proficient in creating detailed engagement plans and thoroughly documenting findings, gaps, and remediation recommendation.
• Good understanding of REST API concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies AWS and OpenShift
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Required Experience & Education:

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 to 13 years of work experience in software or web Front end and Backend service development
• Strong desire to learn

Location & Hours of Work:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
