These solutions will enhance productivity, minimize expenses, and update our technology infrastructure to continue providing the outstanding experiences our customers expect.Job Role:Under general supervision, it supports Information Security governance, risk management and compliance processes.Monitors and reports internal compliance against external regulations and industry standards.Performs risk assessments, oversight and enforcement activities to meet enterprise-wide information security requirements.Provides recommendations to moderately complex issues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with minimal supervision, compliance implementation and tracking to meet regulatory / governance requirements.
  • Develop reports to bring visibility to business partners and stakeholders to align on solutions & implementation to ensure FedEx's compliance to all laws and regulations and increase security posture.
  • Provide information security metrics visibility to ensure compliance to laws and regulations based on FedEx Data Security Committees guidelines.
  • Provide risk-based decision-making guidance to stakeholders on both cyber security and regulatory issues.
  • Understand and develop training with minimal guidance for secure design.
  • Understand regulatory compliance requirements and track implementation requirements.
  • Support Vulnerability Reporting and Remediation.
  • Understand and measure InfoSec standards globally and provide enforcement reporting to the business.
  • Use knowledge of existing security posture and systems design to support visibility and training for Security Incident Management scenarios.
  • Attend PI events and design sessions where security is implicated (secure by design)
  • Report/track security vulnerabilities / defects (ALM and SNVR)
  • Report vulnerabilities found during penetration testing to development teams.
  • Provide InfoSec guidance for "secure by design".
  • Assist development teams with SBOM / security scan creation / review.
  • Analyze and report vulnerability findings via metrics to upper management for all in-scope applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest security vulnerabilities exploited that affect in-scope products and analyze them against current in-scope products.
  • Provide support for the Information Security FIRST process including issue tracking remediation. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proficiency in English comprehension
  • Preferably with minimum 3-6 years of work experience especially in application support, cyber security, or regulatory compliance
  • Preferably have Analytical Skills; Planning & Organizing Skills; Project Management Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Accuracy & Attention to Detail
  • Preferably have practical knowledge in using ServiceNow Modules and Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI, Power Automate
  • GRCP, Knowledge of security frameworks - NIST, MITRE, OWASP, ISO 27001, Service now Vulnerability Response, GitHub and On spring, Agility
  • Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE and Design Thinking
  • Preferably have practical experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills a must
