Job Description
: Desired Skills and Qualifications Should have experienced in implementing Add-ins, BUI Extensions, Customer Portal, connect for PHP, ROQL, Soap, Restful web services, Schedulers, Console App. Should have experienced in scripting using PHP, C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL. Oracle RightNow CX implementation, RightNow CX integration, ROQL, Process Designer, Analytics, Chat implementation, BUI. Experienced in configuring the agent desktop and automating business processes using contextual workspaces, workflows, agent scripting, business rules, custom objects, and custom scripts. Excellent Analytical Skills with strong interpersonal, oral & written communication capability. Service Level Agreements, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Management between multiple interfaces. Should have bit exposer in ODA (Oracle Digital Assistance) and OPA (Oracle Policy Automation).
