The Client\'s products include TurboTax\'s tax preparation application, the personal finance app Mint, the small business accounting program QuickBooks, the credit monitoring service Credit Karma and the email marketing platform Mailchimp.Essential Job Functions:

• Is responsible for planning and organizing large events of 1500, 40 tech community events, meetings, trainings or special events for an Prod & Tech Culture.
• Coordinates all amenities and accommodations including site selection, food, transportation, and audio visual equipment.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Program manage end-to-end process of Tech communities, executing virtual Tech community strategy.
• Cater to community of Technologists (1500 and growing), working closely with a cross functional team
• Create advocates for the program and grow the community Set up meetings, document actions, MOM & follow up for closure for all the tech community related tasks.
• Partner with program manager for End to end event planning for internal events.
• Maintain the data of payments for vendors, estimates, NPS & Outcome of events.
• End to End Event management for Global Tech Events \xe2\x80\x93 Global Engineering Days \xe2\x80\x93 Hackathon, Tech conference & Hacktoberfest events.
• Vendor sourcing, empanelment, negotiations, PR/ PO Creation & ensuring compliant payment process.
• Create virtual online experiences that drives value for Engineering, Program manager & Product manager community.
• Responsible for all Tech event deliverables from production to execution for Client & handle over 60 events per year including Internal/ External.
• Create Shareouts, Invites & Emails for all Tech events.
• Work on various communication channels (emails, social media, website, slack) to drive engagement within Tech communities in partnership with a cross functional team and external agencies
• Think outside-in, research, surface and continuously experiment with best practices to set a high bar on audience engagement
• Recognize, Reward tech community contributors Program management, Cross functional Project management skills required.

Education (if required):

• Graduation in Business & Strategy field & MBA 8+ years of PMO Skills in managing multiple stakeholders ranging from directors, manager community & software engineers.
• Diligent documentation, Planning, Execution of large scale events (1000+)
• Experience in working with Tech Communities, People, Procurement, Vendor management, Workplace & Security teams Budget planning & management
• Usage of tools like Slack, Outlook. Airtable, Smartsheet & other productivity tools.
