Job Description

• Operate and oversee Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) diamond growth machines to produce high-quality diamonds.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to production specifications and process requirements.
• Monitor critical parameters, including temperature, pressure, gas flow, and plasma stability, during the diamond growth process.
• Inspect diamonds during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep machines operating efficiently.
• Record production metrics, machine performance, and any observed anomalies for process tracking and improvement.
• Handle gases, raw materials, and equipment safely and in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to address and resolve technical issues.
• Suggest improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
