Hi this side Trilok here we are a fashion brand which deals in ethnic sets Kurtis and dresses we are looking for a pattern master and a cutting master in Jaipur only process. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and perfecting patterns used in the creation of our [products/garments/fabrics]. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our final products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adjust patterns based on design requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure patterns meet quality standards and production timelines.
- Utilize industry-standard software/tools for pattern creation and modification.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns for optimal fit and functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques related to pattern making.
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker or similar role in [industry].
- Proficiency in pattern-making software/tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
